It all starts with your enquiry. Send us as much information as you can, including sizes, timber choice, design ideas, drawings or photos. The more details you provide, the more accurate your quotation will be.
Once we have the information, we’ll send you a free, no-obligation quotation. This gives you a clear price before you decide to go ahead.
If you’re happy with the quotation, we’ll produce a proof drawing. This shows all the sizes, details and design of your order. It’s your chance to check everything carefully and make any changes before production starts. This helps make sure your bespoke joinery is exactly how you want it.
Once you’ve approved the drawing, we’ll send you an invoice for the deposit. As soon as this has been paid, we’ll begin making your order.
Your joinery will be made by our skilled team using the agreed specifications. We take great care to make sure every piece is finished to a high standard.
When your order is almost ready, we’ll contact you to arrange delivery. The remaining balance is payable five days before your delivery date.
