- Quality Assurance: We guarantee that all our doors are manufactured using premium quality materials and undergo rigorous quality control checks throughout the production process. This ensures that each door meets or exceeds industry standards.
- Durability: Our doors are designed to withstand the test of time. We guarantee that our doors will remain structurally sound and free from defects in materials and workmanship for a period of 12 months from the date of purchase.
- Performance: We guarantee that our doors will function as intended, providing smooth operation and reliable performance. Should any issues arise with the door’s functionality within the guarantee period, we will promptly address and resolve the problem.
- Customer Satisfaction: Your satisfaction is our top priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your LSC Manufacturing door, please contact our customer service team. We will work with you to resolve any concerns and ensure your satisfaction.
Please note that this guarantee does not cover damage caused by improper installation, misuse, neglect, accidents, or natural disasters. Additionally, any modifications or alterations made to the door without prior authorization from LSC Manufacturing will void this guarantee.

External Item Guarantee Notice
To keep your exterior items looking as good as new, external products must be fully and correctly sealed by the below instructions:
External products must be fully sealed on all sides and edges within 48 hours of exposure to external elements. This includes all internal sides of the item.
Failure to do so will void the manufacturer’s guarantee.
All exterior products require the following sealing:
4 coats of exterior grade oil-based varnish. Applied by the manufacturer’s guidelines.
Or
1 coat mist coat primer paint
2 coats oil-based undercoat paint
2-3 coats oil-based top satin/gloss paint. For coloured painted finishes
Natural oils such as Danish, linseed, teak, tung oils are not recommended to be used. Usage of such oils are done so at the customers own risk, and will void the guarantee of external products and will not be covered.
The timber used in all external products is kiln dried and has a moisture content between 8-10%.
Joint failure and or timber expansion due to incorrect sealing/ finishing of external products are not covered by the manufacturer’s Guarantee. Moisture readings cf external products will be taken within 48h of either one of these issues. And will void the guarantee if the product is found to be above the stated 8-10% moisture content levels.
Any repair and or replacement will be decided and carried out by LSC Joinery only.
