As all our doors are made from 100% solid oak timber, small knots naturally occur. Most doors will be clear oak without knots, but on occasion small knots may be present. These will if, any be small live knots no bigger than a 50p coin. These type of knots are not considered defects, and are completely natural in solid timber doors.

Delivery
Delivery of your door will be made by all day curbside pallatised delivery between 9am to 6pm , Monday to Friday only. Unfortunately we do not offer weekend deliveries. Please note your item can not be lifting into a property or up / down stairs and will be wheeled as close to the property as possible as long as on solid ground. We can not wheel your item over gravel drives. If this is the case, your item will be delivered curbside for you to carry to your property.
These are conditions set out by the transport company used, and can not be altered.
